MR <!--[if gte mso 10]> MR. JUSTICE ARSHAD NOOR KHAN, JUDGE, HIGH COURT OF SINDH Born on 14th August, 1954; passed Matric in 1969 and Inter in 1971 from the Secondary Board of Education, Hyderabad. Did B.A. in 1973 from Sindh University, and LL.B. in 1976 from Jinnah Law College, Hyderabad (affiliated with Sindh Univer sity). Enrolled as an Advocate in 1978 and as an Advocate of High Court of Sindh in 1980. Appointed as Lecturer in Government Jinnah Law College, Hyderabad in 1982, which continued till the academic year 1986. Appointed as Counsel for WAPDA in 1985 and as Lecturer in Government Sindh Law College, Hyderabad from the academic year, 1986. Appointed as Assistant Government Pleader in 1986 and counsel for Hyderabad Municipal Corporation in 1987. Joined as Additional District and Sessions Judge on 20th March, 1991 and promoted as District and Sessions Judge in 1998. Worked as Special Judge Provincial, Anti-Corruption Court, Karachi and District and Sessions Judge Mirpurkhas. Appointed as Special Judge, Anti-Terrorism, Karachi on 6th May, 1999. Posted as MIT-II, High Court of Sindh on 13th December, 2005 and as Registrar, High Court of Sindh on 20th May, 2006. Posted as District and Sessions Judge, Karachi-West on 3rd January, 2007. Elevated to the Bench on 16th December, 2007.
