MR <!--[if gte mso 10]> MR. JUSTICE M. BILAL KHAN, CHIEF JUSTICE, ISLAMABAD HIGH COURT Mr. Justice M. Bilal Khan was born on 5-12-1949; he was awarded talent scholarship in graduation in 1970; he secured high first division in LL.B., Punjab University Law College in 1972; he taught Constitutional and Criminal Law at Law College. He practiced as Advocate High Court/Supreme Court in all fields/subjects i.e. Constitutional and Criminal Law etc. He served as Additional Advocate-General Punjab, for almost four years. He was Legal Advisor, Anti-Narcotics Force from 1997 to 2003. He was elevated as Judge, Lahore High Court on 3-9-2003 and appointed as Chief Justice Islamabad High Court on 9-3-2009.
