MR MR. JUSTICE JAMAL KHAN MANDOKHAIL JUDGE, SUPREME COURT OF PAKISTAN Mr. Justice Jamal Khan Mandokhail was born on 12th November 1961, at Quetta. Justice Jamal Khan Mandokhail obtained his secondary education from the Federal Government High School, Quetta Cantonment, and the Government Science College, Quetta. He obtained a Bachelors of Commerce Degree and Masters in Political Science and Economics from the University of Balochistan, Quetta. Subsequently he obtained his LL.B from the University Law College Quetta in the year 1987. Mr. Justice Jamal Khan Mandokhail enrolled as an Advocate of the subordinate courts in 1988; as an Advocate of the High Court in 1990 and as Advocate Supreme Court of Pakistan on the 12th of May 2001. During his 21 years of practice at the Bar, he conducted numerous constitutional, criminal, civil and service cases before the Superior and the Subordinate Judiciary. He remained on the panel of Advocates for the National Bank of Pakistan and served as Additional Deputy Prosecutor General in the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) from 2000 to 2001. He also served in an honorary capacity as Lecturer in the University Law College, Quetta. Mr. Justice Jamal Khan Mandokhail actively participated in Bar politics and at various times, served as an office bearer of Balochistan High Court Bar Association and Supreme Court Bar Association. Mr. Justice Jamal Khan Mandokhail was elevated as Senior Puisne Judge of the High Court of Balochistan on the 07th of September 2009 and was later confirmed as such on 11th of May 2012. He was elevated as Chief Justice of the High Court of Balochistan on October 05, 2019. Mr. Justice Jamal Khan Mandokhail undertook an extensive array of administrative tasks at the High Court of Balochistan and was also the Inspection Judge for the subordinate judiciary. He has also remained member of the syndicate and selection board of various public universities. Mr. Justice Jamal Khan Mandokhail attended various international conferences and seminars and participated in the South Asia Conference on Environmental Justice, conducted by the Committee for Enhancing Environmental Justice in 2012. Mr. Justice Jamal Khan Mandokhail was elevated as Judge of the Honourable Supreme Court of Pakistan on the 9th of August 2021.
