305 MR. JUSTICE IRFAN SAADAT KHAN JUDGE, SUPREME COURT OF PAKISTAN Mr. Justice Irfan Saadat Khan was born on 07 February, 1963. He was enrolled as an Advocate of the District Courts on September 10, 1989; enrolled as an Advocate of the High Courts on October 27, 1991; and enrolled as an Advocate of the Supreme Court of Pakistan on 6th October, 2008. Justice Khan was elevated as a Judge of the High Court on 25th September 2009. He became Senior Puisne Judge on 13th March, 2017 and served as Acting Chief Justice of the High Court of Sindh from 3rd October, 2023 till his elevation to the Supreme Court of Pakistan. He had been a part of the Judicial Commission of Pakistan since 2017. He chaired different Committees in the last decade and remained Member of a number of Committees in the last 14 years. Having been nominated by the Chief Justices of High Court of Sindh from time to time, Justice Khan attended a number of Seminars on different legal issues and spoke widely in such programs. He also chaired some of these deliberations. He remained Monitoring Judge of District Malir, District East, Shaheed Benazirabad and Sanghar. He was administrative Judge of the entire judiciary in the province of Sindh between 2017-2023, as well Incharge of the Judicial Branches of the High Court; Chairperson of the Rules Committee on Criminal Laws; inter se Seniority Committee; Court Building Committee along with Building Administration Committees. He was also a Member of Syndicate of different Universities, including Aga Khan University. Via on-line, Mr. Khan attended a number of international Seminars representing the Sindh High Court. Mr. Justice Irfan Saadat Khan took oath as Judge of the Supreme Court of Pakistan on 3rd November, 2023.
