n. The attempt to corrupt or instruct a jury to reach a particular conclusion by means other than presenting evidence or argument in court, as by bribing or threatening jurors; a corrupt or wrongful attempt to influence a juror's vote on a verdict. - Also termed jury-tampering; laboring a jury.
