Conspicuous

adj. (Of a term or clause) clearly visible or obvious. ( Whether a printed clause is conspicuous as a matter of law usu. depends on the size and style of the typeface. Under the UCC, a term or clause is conspicuous if it is written in a way that a reasonable person against whom it is to operate ought to notice it. UCC § 1-201(10). See FINE PRINT.
