Coparcener

A person t(, whom an estate descends jointly, and who hold it as an entire estate. - Also termed parcener"But sometimes two or more persons together constitut ed the heir, and in this case they took the land a• 'parceners' or 'coparceners,' the latter expression bein', the more common .... In theory of law coparcener together constituted a single heir: 'they be but one heirs and yet severall persons.'
