A federal antidumping law requiring the Secretary of the Treasury to notify the U.S. International Trade Commission (USITC) whenever the Secretary determines that goods are likely to be sold abroad at less than their fair value, so that the USITC can take appropriate action. 19 USCA ยง 1673.

A tariff equaling the difference between the price at which the product is sold in the exporting country and the price at which the importer will sell the product in the importing country.
