Nonresident
n. One who does not live within the jurisdiction in question. - Abbr. n.r. -nonresident adj.
nonresident alien
a person who is neither a resident nor a citizen of the united state:
nonresident decedent
A decedent who was domiciled outside the jurisdiction in question (such as probate jurisdiction) at the time of death.
