Rendition
n. 1. The action of making, delivering, or giving out, such as a legal decision. 2. The return of a fugitive from one state to the state where the fugitive is accused or convicted of a crime. - Also termed interstate rendition. Cf. EXTRADITION.

rendition of judgment
The judge's oral or written ruling containing the judgment entered. Cf. ENTRY OF JUDGMENT.
rendition warrant
A warrant requesting the extradition of a fugitive from one jurisdiction to another. Cf. extradition warrant.
