Tamper

vb. 1. To meddle so as to alter (a thing); esp., to make changes that are illegal, corrupting, or perverting. 2. To interfere improperly; to meddle.

The act or an instance of obstructing justice by intimidating, influencing, or harassing a witness before or after the witness testifies. ( Several state and federal laws, including the Victim and.
