Temporary Emergency Court of Appeals

A special U.S. court created in 1971 with exclusive jurisdiction over appeals from federal district courts concerning price and other economic controls begun in the 1950s and 1960s. a The court consists of eight district and circuit judges appointed by the Chief Justice.
