ejectment

1. The ejection of an owner ( pier from property. 2. A legal action by whip person wrongfully ejected from property see to recover possession and damages. ( The sential allegations in an action for ejector are that (1) the plaintiff has title to the lay (2) the plaintiff has been wrongfully disp sessed or ousted, and (3) the plaintiff has F fered damages. - Also termed action for recovery of land.
