fidelity insurance
An agreement to indemnify an employer against a loss arising from the lack of integrity or honesty of an employee or of a person holding a position of trust, such as a loss from embezzlement. Also termed fidelity guaranty insurance; fidelity, and guaranty insurance; surety and fideiit, insurance.
