Insurance intended to protect litigants and others involved in the court system. "By judicial insurance reference is had to insurance bonds or policies issued, in connection with the regular course of judicial or administrative procedure, for the purpose of securing the faithful performance of duty on the part of court appointees, to guarantee due compliance with the terms of undertakings entered into by parties litigant before the courts, and to secure proper administration of statute law."
