corporator
1.A member of a corporation. 2. INCORPORATOR. "Usually, a member of a corporation, in which sense it includes a stockholder; also, one of the persons who are the original organizers or promoters of a new corporation. The corporators are not the corporation, for either may sue the other." William C. Anderson, A Dictionary of Law 266 (1889).
laboratory conditions
Labor law. The ideal conditions for a union election, in which the employees may exercise free choice without interference from the employer, the union, or anyone else.
