servitus actus

[Latin "the servitude of driving cattle"] Roman law. A type of right-of-way; a servitude entitling one to walk, ride, or drive animals over another's property.

[Latin "the servitude of not building higher"] Roman law. A servitude allowing a person to prevent a neighbor from building a higher house.
