strict test
Evidence. The principle that disclosure of a privileged document, even when inadvertent, results in a waiver of the attorneyclient privilege regarding the document, unless all possible precautions were taken to protect the document from disclosure. Cf. LENIENT TEST; HYDRAFLOW TEST.
