Are WhatsApp chats and audio recordings admissible as primary evidence under the Qanun-e-Shahadat Order, 1984, without a forensic certificate? How does Section 164 of QSO apply here?

Admissible under Article 164 QSO as modern devices evidence, but chain of custody and authenticity must be established. A forensic report is highly recommended to prove the phone/number wasn't tampered with. See PLD 2019 SC 318.
