ACT III OF 1997 ACT III OF 1997 ANTI‑NARCOTICS FORCE ACT, 1997 An Act to provide for the constitution of Anti‑Narcotics Force [Gazette of Pakistan, Extraordinary, Part I, 14th April, 1997] No.F.9(12)/95‑legis., dated 14‑4‑1997.‑‑The following Act of Majlis‑e Shoora (Parliament) received the assent of the President on the 12th April, 1997, is hereby published for general information:‑‑‑ Whereas it is expedient to provide for the constitution of a Force for the purpose of inquiring into, and investigating offences relating to narcotics and Narcotics Trafficking and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto; It is hereby enacted as follow:---
