ORDINANCE I OF 1997 ORDINANCE I OF 1997 BALOCHISTAN IRRIGATION AND DRAINAGE AUTHORITY ORDINANCE, 1997 CHAPTER I PRELIMINARY 1. Short title, extent and commencement.‑(1) This Ordinance may be called the Balochistan Irrigation and Drainage Authority Ordinance, 1997. (2) It extends to the whole of Balochistan except non‑canal irrigated areas and Tribal Areas. (3) It shall come into force at once.
