ORDINANCE I OF 1997 ORDINANCE I OF 1997 BALOCHISTAN IRRIGATION AND DRAINAGE AUTHORITY ORDINANCE, 1997 CHAPTER II CONSTITUTION OF THE AUTHORITY 7. The Board of Management.‑Subject to the overall control and guidance of the Authority, the day to day management of the affairs of the Authority shall be carried out by a Board of Management appointed with prior approval of the Government, comprising of a Managing Director and the following three General Managers who shall be appointed by the Board of Directors:‑‑ (a) General Manager ‑ Policy and Regulation (b) General Manager ‑ Operation, Research and Development (c) General Manager ‑ Finance and Administration.
