ORDINANCE I OF 1997 ORDINANCE I OF 1997 BALOCHISTAN IRRIGATION AND DRAINAGE AUTHORITY ORDINANCE, 1997 CHAPTER II CONSTITUTION OF THE AUTHORITY 9. Removal of Managing Director and Member of Board ‑ of Management.‑‑The Authority may remove any of the Board of Management including the Managing Director on the same grounds as provided in clauses (a) to (f) of section 6: Provided that in the case of any proposed removal of the Managing Director or any member of Board of Management under this section, the Authority shall obtain prior approval of the Government to that effect.
