ORDINANCE I OF 1997 ORDINANCE I OF 1997 BALOCHISTAN IRRIGATION AND DRAINAGE AUTHORITY ORDINANCE, 1997 CHAPTER III POWER AND DUTIES OF THE AUTHORITY 11. Contractual Services.‑‑(1) The Authority may, under a written agreement as to the terms and conditions including the extent, the manner of payment of the same undertake execution of any scheme or exercise technical supervision and administrative and financial control over the execution of any scheme framed or sponsored by any other agency. (2) Anything to the contrary contained in this Ordinance notwithstanding the Authority may with the previous approval of and written agreement as to the terms and approval of and written agreement as to the terms and conditions including the extent and manner of payment for the same with the Government, provide agreed services for the execution of any agency under the control of the Government or provide technical supervision and financial and administrative control over the execution of any such scheme.
