ORDINANCE I OF 1997 ORDINANCE I OF 1997 BALOCHISTAN IRRIGATION AND DRAINAGE AUTHORITY ORDINANCE, 1997 CHAPTER‑IV ESTABLISHMENT 16. Appointment of officers, servants.‑‑(1) Subject to any other provision of this Ordinance, the Authority may from tithe to time employ such officers and servants, or appoint such experts of consultants as it may consider necessary for the performance of its functions, on such terms and conditions as it any deem fit. (2) Notwithstanding anything contained in subsection (1) above any rules made, or orders or instruction issued by the Authority, the Authority may at any time, for reasonable cause, relieve or remove from its service any person after giving him not less than 90 days notice or pay for the period by which such notice falls short of 90 days.
