ORDINANCE I OF 1997 ORDINANCE I OF 1997 BALOCHISTAN IRRIGATION AND DRAINAGE AUTHORITY ORDINANCE, 1997 CHAPTER‑V FINANCE 24. Limited Liability.‑‑The liability of the Government to the creditors of the Authority shall be limited to the extent of grant made by the Government and the loans raised by the Authority with the sanction of the Government.
