ORDINANCE I OF 1997 ORDINANCE I OF 1997 BALOCHISTAN IRRIGATION AND DRAINAGE AUTHORITY ORDINANCE, 1997 CHAPTER‑IX MISCELLANEOUS 40. Removal of difficulties.‑‑If any difficulty arises in giving effect to any of the provisions of this Ordinance, the Government may make such orders, not inconsistent with the provisions of this Ordinance as may appear to it to be necessary for the purpose of removing the difficulty.
