ORDINANCE I OF 1997 ORDINANCE I OF 1997 BALOCHISTAN IRRIGATION AND DRAINAGE AUTHORITY ORDINANCE, 1997 CHAPTER‑IX MISCELLANEOUS 41. Provisions of this Ordinance to override other laws.‑‑In case of any conflict or inconsistency between any provisions of this Ordinance and any other law, the provision of this Ordinance, to the extent of such conflict or inconsistency, as the case may be, shall prevail.
