CHAPTER I CHAPTER I PRELIMINARY CHAPTER II 3. Establishment of the Foundation.‑‑‑(1) There shall be established a Foundation to be known as Balochistan Health Foundation for carrying out the purpose of this Act. (2) The Foundation shall be a body corporate having perpetual succession and a common seal with power to acquire, hold and dispose of property, both movable and shall by its name sue and be sued. (3) The head office of the Foundation shall be at Quetta.
