Section Provisions
ACT I OF 1994 ACT I OF 1994 BALOCHISTAN HEALTH FOUNDATION ACT, 1994 CHAPTER III ESTABLISHMENT 8. Recruitment conditions of services of officers, officials etc.‑‑‑The Foundation shall, by regulation make with the prior approval of the Government, lay down the procedure for the appointment of its officers and officials and the terms and conditions of their services and shall be competent to take disciplinary action against them, according to the prescribed rules.
