Section Provisions
ACT I OF 1994 ACT I OF 1994 BALOCHISTAN HEALTH FOUNDATION ACT, 1994 CHAPTER III ESTABLISHMENT 9. Members and Officers to be public servants: ‑‑The Chairman, members, officers and officials of the Foundation shall, when acting or purporting to act in pursuance of any of the provisions of this Act, be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Pakistan Penal Code (XIV of 1860).
