ACT I OF 1994 ACT I OF 1994 BALOCHISTAN HEALTH FOUNDATION ACT, 1994 CHAPTER III ESTABLISHMENT 10. Indemnity.‑‑‑No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Foundation, the Board, the Chairman or any member, officer or official the Foundation in respect of anything done in good faith or intended to be done under this Act.
