ACT I OF 1994 ACT I OF 1994 BALOCHISTAN HEALTH FOUNDATION ACT, 1994 CHAPTER III ESTABLISHMENT 12. Delegation of Powers to Chairman etc.‑‑‑The Foundation or the Board may by general or special order, delegate to the Chairman or a member or any officer, official of the Foundation any of its powers, duties or functions under this Act to such conditions or limitations as may be specified in the order.
