ACT I OF 1994 ACT I OF 1994 BALOCHISTAN HEALTH FOUNDATION ACT, 1994 CHAPTER VI PENALTY AND PROCEDURE 19. Cognizance of offences.‑‑No Court other than a Court of Magistrate 1st Class shall take cognizance of any offence punishable under this Act, on a complaint in writing made by the Foundation or an officer/official authorized for the purpose by the Foundation.
