ACT I OF 1994 ACT I OF 1994 BALOCHISTAN HEALTH FOUNDATION ACT, 1994 CHAPTER VII MISCELLANEOUS 21. Board not responsible for certain acts of its officers and officials: ‑ The Board shall not be responsible for any disfeasance, malfeasance and non feasance of any officer or official appointed under this Act or of any person acting under the authority or direction of or in subordination to any such officer or official.
