ACT I OF 1994 ACT I OF 1994 BALOCHISTAN HEALTH FOUNDATION ACT, 1994 CHAPTER VII MISCELLANEOUS 22. Power to dispose of land.‑‑The Foundation may retain, or may lease, sell, exchange, rent or otherwise dispose of any land vested in it.
