Removal of difficulties: ‑‑If any difficulty arises in giving effect to any of the provisions of this Act especially in respect of the adjustment of the power, functions and jurisdiction of the Foundation under this Act, the Government may make such order as may appear to it to be necessary or expedient for the purpose of removing the difficulty.
