ACT IV OF 1994 ACT IV OF 1994 BALOCHISTAN UNIVERSITY OF ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY ACT, 1994 CHAPTER 11 THE UNIVERSITY 5. Jurisdiction of University.‑(1) The University shall have jurisdiction within the limits of its campus and sub‑campuses and affiliated colleges within the Province of Balochistan: Provided that the Government may, in consultation with the University, by general or special order, modify the jurisdiction. . (2) On coming into force of this Act, the provisions of all other laws corresponding to the provisions of this Act, for the time being applicable with the jurisdiction of the University, shall cease to apply and be deemed to have been repealed.
