ACT IV OF 1994 ACT IV OF 1994 BALOCHISTAN UNIVERSITY OF ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY ACT, 1994 CHAPTER 11 THE UNIVERSITY 7. Teaching in the University.‑‑(1) All teaching in various courses in the University or colleges shall be conducted in the prescribed manner and it may include lectures, tutorials, discussions, seminars, demonstrations, practical and project works in laboratories and workshops of the University and related industrial establishments and other methods of instruction. (2) The teaching in any prescribed course in the University or colleges shall be organized by such authority as may be prescribed. (3) The courses and the curriculum for teaching in the University or college shall be such as may be prescribed. (4) A continuous evaluation shall be built into the system of studies. research and technology development. (5) The degree, diploma or certificate at the University shall only be granted to a student after he fulfils the prescribed requirements for the said degree, diploma or certificate. (6) The teaching at the University or colleges shall include such additional courses of study as would reflect national aspirations for development of social and cultural values of Pakistan.
