ACT IV OF 1994 ACT IV OF 1994 BALOCHISTAN UNIVERSITY OF ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY ACT, 1994 CHAPTER III OFFICERS OF THE UNIVERSITY 16. Controller of Examinations.‑‑(1) The Controller of Examinations shall be a whole‑time Officer of the University and shall be appointed by the Syndicate on the recommendations of the Selection Board which shall consider for this purpose a panel of three persons recommended by a Search Committee appointed by the Syndicate and headed by the Vice‑Chancellor. (2) The Controller of Examinations shall be appointed for a term not exceeding five years on such terms and conditions as may be prescribed and shall be eligible for reappointment.
