ACT IV OF 1994 ACT IV OF 1994 BALOCHISTAN UNIVERSITY OF ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY ACT, 1994 CHAPTER IV AUTHORITIES OF THE UNIVERSITY 19. Authorities.‑‑The following shall be the Authorities of the University‑‑‑ (i) the Syndicate; (ii) the Academic Council (iii) the Boards of Faculties; (iv) the Boards of Studies; (v) the Selection Board; (vi) the Board of Advanced Studies, Research and Technological Development; (vii) the Finance Committee; (viii) the Planning and Development Committee; (ix) the Affiliation Committee; (x) the Discipline Committee; and (xi) such other Authorities as may be prescribed by Statutes.
