ACT IV OF 1994 ACT IV OF 1994 BALOCHISTAN UNIVERSITY OF ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY ACT, 1994 CHAPTER IV AUTHORITIES OF THE UNIVERSITY 26. Commencement of term of Office of members of Authorities.‑ Where a member has been elected, appointed or nominated, to any Authority or body for any fixed term under this Act, such term shall unless the date of its commencement has been prescribed, be reckoned from the date of the election, appointment or nomination, as the case may be.
