ACT IV OF 1994 ACT IV OF 1994 BALOCHISTAN UNIVERSITY OF ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY ACT, 1994 CHAPTER IV AUTHORITIES OF THE UNIVERSITY 27. Disputes about membership of Authority.‑‑If a question arises whether or not any person is entitled to be a member of any Authority, the matter shall be referred to a committee consisting of the Vice‑Chancellor, the Chairman, University Grants Commission or his nominee on the Syndicate and the Secretary, Education, Government of Balochistan or his nominee on the Syndicate and the decision of this Committee shall be final.
