ACT IV OF 1994 ACT IV OF 1994 BALOCHISTAN UNIVERSITY OF ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY ACT, 1994 CHAPTER IV AUTHORITIES OF THE UNIVERSITY 28. Filling of Casual Vacancies in Authority.‑‑Any casual vacancy in the membership of any Authority shall be filled, as soon as may be, by the person or the body who appointed or nominated the member whose place has become vacant and the person appointed or nominated to the vacancy shall be the member of ,such Authority for the residue of the term for which the person whose place he fills would have been a member.
