ACT IV OF 1994 ACT IV OF 1994 BALOCHISTAN UNIVERSITY OF ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY ACT, 1994 CHAPTER IV AUTHORITIES OF THE UNIVERSITY 29. Voids in the Constitution of Authorities.‑‑Where there is a void in the constitution of an Authority because of the abolition of a specified office under the Government or because an organization, institution or other body outside the University has been dissolved or has ceased to function or because of some other similar reason, it shall be filled in such manner as the Syndicate may decide.
