Pension, Insurance, Gratuity, Provident Fund and Benevolent Fund.‑‑The University may, in such manner and subject to such conditions as may be prescribed, institute. pension, insurance, gratuity, provident fund and benevolent fund for the benefit of its Officer, teachers and other employees: Provided that if any provident fund is instituted under this section, the provisions of the Provident Funds Act, 1925 (XIX of 1925), shall apply to such fund as if it were the Government Provident Fund.
