ACT IV OF 1994 ACT IV OF 1994 BALOCHISTAN UNIVERSITY OF ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY ACT, 1994 CHAPTER VII AFFILIATION OF COLLEGES TO THE UNIVERSITY 42. Reports from Affiliated Educational Institution.‑‑(1) Every affiliated college shall furnish such reports, returns and other information as the University may require, to enable it to judge the efficiency of the college. (2) The University may call upon any affiliated college to take such action in respect of any matters mentioned in subsection (1) of section 40 and within such period as it may deem fit.
