Withdrawal of Affiliation.‑‑Where an affiliated college has failed to fulfil any requirement of this Act, or has failed to observe any to the. conditions of the affiliation or its affairs are conducted in a manner prejudicial to the interests of education, the Syndicate may, in the prescribed manner on the recommendation of the Affiliation Committee, and after considering the representation as the college may wish to make, modify or withdraw all or any of the privileges conferred on the college by the affiliation.
