ACT IV OF 1994 ACT IV OF 1994 BALOCHISTAN UNIVERSITY OF ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY ACT, 1994 CHAPTER VIII STATUTES, REGULATIONS AND RULES 47. Amendments and Repeal of the Statutes and Regulations.‑‑The procedure for the amendment or the Repeal of the Statutes and the Regulations shall be the same as that prescribed respectively for framing Statutes and Regulations.
