ACT IV OF 1994 ACT IV OF 1994 BALOCHISTAN UNIVERSITY OF ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY ACT, 1994 CHAPTER VIII STATUTES, REGULATIONS AND RULES 48. Rules.‑‑(1) Any Authority or body of the University may make Rules consistent with this Act, Statutes and Regulations, to regulate the conduct of its business and the time and place of its meetings and other matters related thereto: Provided that the Syndicate may direct the amendment or withdrawal of any such rules. (2) The Syndicate may make Rules to regulate any matter relating to the affairs of the University.
